Financials seems good. Fundamentals very reasonable.
Debt is okay but increasing gradually
Had a bull run after crossover of 50 day ema over 200 day ema
Could accumulate for a target of 170-175 once nifty goes to 18k

Good buying under 120..
Desperate ones can buy from cmp as well.

Operating margins are unstable but hovering in range of 14-20%
Dividend is 4%
Carbon black supplier to tyre companies.
Definitely a volatile sector due to rubber prices.

1)Yes dependency in rubber business is definitely a headache.But this company is currently undervalued with capacity addition of 23%(expected to be completed by Q3 22-23).Fii and dii have pumped money in last 3 quarters whereas retailers exited.It is currently largest in India and 7th largest carbon black manufacturer of world.
Can we expect a strong return in long term from this scrip going by the logic "invest where smart money is investing"?

A lot of potential inside pcbl just don't get trapped in excitement
FIIs do pump and dump .. Don't become a prey to their strategy.
