If suppose I apply for Rs. 1,004,062 under minimum B-HNI Quota. And if the same category of B-HNI is oversubscribed 33 times.
Will I get 2 lots of Rs. 29,972 or it will be on lottery basis?
Please guide.

Remember Bhni applies in above 10 lakh category
But always gets Shni above 2 lakh rupees allotment

What is mean by Exported to Exchange of IPO Application status in Karur vysya Bank? Pls help

Anchor portion is subscribed very well, but i dont know why on their letter head on right side it is mentioned as 'BAJAJ ELECTRONICS", anyone please share if you have any information.

ok i now also checked bajaj electronics website and found that before their address they also mentione EMI LTD,

this is the reason "bajaj" NAME... For such high gmp.... now will apply ff..

Presently EMI is using 'BAJAJ ELECTRONICS' brand name for their stores within Andhra and Telangana states only as there is a legal dispute for the brand name use between the real BAJAJ ECLECRONICS LTD and EMI LTD. Due to this litigation, they cannot use the brand name for their stores in the rest of the country. So their stores in NRC region is using ELECTRICS MART name. This dispute may restrict their expansion plans in rest of the country.

Any guess about final subscription figures category wise?

The company (EMIL) has not paid/declared any dividends for the reported periods of the offer document. It will adopt a prudent dividend policy post-listing, based on its financial performance.

Could someone tell us even though the Company has done well in the past and been doing financially well presently, why in its DRHP it is mentioned that Dividend will not be paid to the shareholders?
