Asking other borders about refund is not a complaint so whoever using chittorgarh.com name stop it.I received my refund just now by ECS in my HDFC bank Chandigarh.

Seems like problem is with HDFC bank coz I aslo didnt received the refund yet in my HDFC account Chandigarh or ICICI bank doing this coz they are the refund banker.
