hello guys. can anyone plz explain me the difference in bidding at cut-off price and at the max price offered as what i guess is that the max price is the cut-off price.

retail === 16.42 times at 8.00 pm

At 8 PM, it is 16.42163194 at cut off price in retail.
At the max, it can go upto 17 times, I guess.
Means out of every 17 applications, 15 applications would get 8 shares for the 99000 application.
Chances are good :)

looks cutoff subscription is less.39777560/8386147 = 4.74.

But if QIB'S doesnt apply on cutoff and assume all cutoff bids are by retail, it should 4.74 * 3= 14.22 times.

this stock is very good for long term investment just like motilal oswal fi.ser.issue

The issue is bein Subscribed 14.9594 times roughly.
People are calculating by dividing cutoff shares by total available.
They are leaving two important things
A. Not every retail investor applies at cutt off .If he applies at 825 it is not cutoff.
B. Employees quota is not considered.
C. Company can quote less then 825 as price which may add few more applicants.

see nse-bse graph where cut-off number of bids received. cut-off is applicable only to retail and employee category.

from where u guys are getting the retail subscription figure. nse is still showing yesterdays figure 1.4370 times.
