Can anyone help me? I have purchased 100 shares of unitedcredit from a bussiness associate in certificate form,which i send to the registar of the company two months back for transfer,but they have not transfered nor returned the certificate and they are not replying to my letters,reminders.please suggest, what should i do?

Yes Ananta, You are right.. i too feel the same.. Religare allotment is not good for many of the people.mundra allotment is quiet good since manyof them got the firm allotment.

Dear Investors,
I just spoke at 25960320. The line was extremely difficult to get and the wait even longer. The lady over there informed that the allottment will be due on 7th and credit of refunds will happen afterwards. I dont' know whether this info provided by her is to be relied upon or not.

ONE THING & IMPORTANT THING ABOUT INTIME IS THEIR METHOD OF ALLOTMENT. THEY HAVE DONE FAIR ALLOTMENT THAN KARVY OR ANY
OTHERS. REMEMBER RELIGARE AND SOME OTHERS HANDLED BY KARVY. WE HAVE GOT NOTHING BUT IN RECENT TIMES MUNDRA THEY HAVE
DONE A GOOD JOB ON THEIR ALLOTMENT METHOD.

c - intime is so bad that it does not matter if the allotment is out or not, 'coz once their allotment is out their site will go down due to the people trying to check the status. It is better to wait till 5th check ur demat account if you have the shares it is fine if not it is really not there so relax people... take a deep breath and check u r demat account on the 5th....V

If you have bank account in any of these banks, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, CITI Bank, HSBC, irrespective of the location, you will get electronic refund. Only requirement is you should have MICR code of your bank entered in the Demat account. Check your client master list by NSDL/CDSL and confirm that MICR code is included in your details. If not contact your branch and get micr code and communicate this to your DP in proper format

yeah it was a good help .. I will initiate change of my DMAT home branch & Bank account home branch. Changing bank account home branch requires surrendering the remaining check book leaflets & they will reissue the check book. The account remains inactive for 2-3 days while transfer. I was not sure about which one to change to keep the changes minimum but I think changing both should be ok now. When I ask bank help, they themselves are not sure about that some time they tell about problem from registar that it depend on registar or with bank account. Receiving refund by ECS is really hassle free. Once I missed an IPO refund as it was comany address to my bank account. I faced much problems that time. Better if I will opt for an ECS instaed of lengthy postal process.
