I believe this is everyone’s apprehension whoever using icici direct. I would suggest you to go for some other brokerage house. I recently opened an account with share khan, the fast trade terminal is really good and if you are an intraday trader it is very useful and ease to place order and square off you positions instantly.

One has to file a case against ICICI for the loss an investor suffers due to their site being down so frequently. Infact during trading times the website should not go down at any cost.

ICICI website giving major trouble it is down 2 days out of 5 in a week. I have lost lot of money coz of this. dont know what to do.top of that they charge brokerage on the loss i have made since their site is down. can anyone advice how to handle this. ??
