In Retails subscription is 48.9 OVERALL (includes all applications from 14 to 196 shares)...

In ur calculation u have considered dat it is subscried to 48.9 for max lot ONLY & this considaration is wrong bcause its OVERALL Reatil Subscription. (not for only maximum lot size)

Varsha, your chances would be 1/14...as it oversubscribed in the retail sector by around 14 times....good luck would do it :)
