When is the allotment and when would we get the refund?

My guess.. it will list around 360-380 as per current gray market premium. You know the current IT condition.. So not sure about future target..

AS for the recommendations made by Mr. S. P Tulsian, he makes an indepth study of the fundamentals of the companies lauching their IPOs from the material available on records.
But once the IPO gets listed, how the markets react to this is not in the hands of Mr. Tulsian. There are many scrips
that are presently at their highest volatile levels but
people are buying it still for the reasons unkown to them
even !
In case of BGR Energy IPO, thee issue will consist of a
fresh issue of 4,320,000 equity shares and an offer for
sale of 4,816,000 equity shares by Mr B G Raghupathy and
Ms Sasikala Raghupathy (the selling shareholders).
The fact that shares offered to the general public is of
the promoters to a large extent and this is only going to
make them rich only.
This was highlighted by Mr. S. P. Tulsian but who
cares and People are going crazy with any offer with the
word "Energy" or "Power" in the IPOs !!

What calculation you have used about the listing gains..
Gray market premium is very less for this IPO.. It would be great if you could explain in detail

You may expect good listing gains on eclerx, IT is doing weel in the market may be 750+

IT shares have strated movement forward. So I expect good listing of this Share. Alothugh I have not applied in it.

Does any body have an idea that how can one get a scrip or share which is in DEMAT format traded if the company had got delisted from BSE/NSE and is being traded on a regional stock exchange like kochi and hyderabad.

Thanks for the great stats. I share the same views as of yours. I was aplying for refex refrigerants but at the last minute I saw Mr. Tulsian's recommendation and didn't apply. :-(
I don't know what his profession his, but if he works full time advicing people and managind their funds, I deeply feel for those poor fellas. :-))

My study for S.p Tulsiyan is just for Last 5 month.....innocent & new investors listened him & not get the chance to earn money from this Bullish market so they are looser...

Again IPO is more a luck than study
