Was initially thinking to apply for the issue, but after knowing about the litigations and tax issues, I am avoiding it clearly. Also I didn''t get good response from my Jaipur investor friends about the company''s promoters. Everyone has a different take and risk level, so take decision accordingly.
Hem securities is not the issue. Concern is Company management is not clean and have got into various litigation and tax evading issues. I agree company is doing good on financial front but the negative things can not be ignored. Just a news of income tax raid and it will be in lower circuits for days and you will lose all your money.

Please explain the meaning of repatriation & non-repatriation in relation to IPO application. And which one should be choosen for individual category form download???
Thanks for the reply. But I have to apply by submitting physical form at the bank. So for downloading blank form I think we have to select category "OTHER", after selecting non-repatriation. Is it right or wrong??
@DHAVAL DR ... You can download online filled application form and submit physically to your banker or download blank form and fill manually but select category ''Individual'' only for both
This business is highly competitive, requires large working capital and depended on raw material suppliers. Will be difficult to maintain top and bottom line. Overall a very high risk IPO. I am not applying.
