The super earnings reported by the company for the past 30 months raise eyebrows. In Company website No of Employees is shown as 250, whereas in DD sir review , the number of permanent employees is 79.

"If we annualize FY23 earnings and attribute it to post-IPO fully diluted paid-up equity capital, then the asking price is at a P/E of around 13.59. Thus based on its super earnings, the issue appears fully priced. On the basis of FY22 earnings, the issue is priced at a P/E of 23.08. The sustainability of margins reported for H1 of FY23 is a major concern."

Figures of subscription not satisfactory at all. Now time has come where the investors/members have to be very careful in applying SMEs. The promoters are now pricing high with no good financial and credentials. No doubt some good SMEs will come but to consider the merits also. Blindly applying may put in financial shortage and the burden on heart also. It is not necessary to apply each and every SME/IPO. Keep funds safe.
Budget is nearing and some hard decisions are expected. Not likely to be investors friendly. My views and may prove wrong. To be careful and watchful. For some sectors it may prove to be a good one : Agriculture, infrastructure and small housing. Many more also. For all these funds will be required. Sources, we all know.

Which is the better option to apply.
1.11 lots 3applications.
2.16 lots 2 applications.
3.33 lots 1 application.

It's individual choice.
I would have chosen 31, 1, 1 lot 3 application.

How many lots r u targeting and how many r u applying?

@sbipo... I have limited funds as I applied in chaman, and will apply for 20-25 lots at the most and target 1 lot allotment.
