Some seniors in SME IPO are suggesting “Sell and Apply”. Just sharing whatever I am getting. Not my thoughts. As I mentioned before, will apply only if the subscription figures are good. 👍👍

Even with less quota for nii in anlon % of successful applicants is greater than rii. Overall 186140 applicants rii and bid amount was 2235.5 cr while only 10677 nii and bid amount was nearly 1890 cr. Allotment Rii 1:439 Nii Who applied for, 2 lots 1: 439 3 lots 1: 251 4 lots 1: 248 5 lots 1: 192 6 lots 1: 136
ohh this is interesting.. can you please elaborate more .. My understanding was that you will have equal chance of allotment for NII category but looks like is not true.. can you please give the details how allotment happens here ... is it true for main line IPO as well ?

@s patel I will share further details at 10:00 pm. It is not always applicable for mainline. In mainline when issue is oversubscribed it is pure lottery.

Spent less time to read RHP and so not much detailed Pros: Clean promoters, good valuation when compared to peers, D/E with in 1, good cash flow from operations Cons: 1. Related party transactions (RPT) to group companies 2. Dyes and pigments market growth 4% CAGR for upcoming years 3. Top 5 client concentration of 80% 4. Capital intensive (I prefer when the company has moat to justify) 5. Bad debt of 50 lakhs (high amount for SME company) and doubtful asset of 20 lakhs (immovable property)
