The promoter of Varanium was previously at Jump Network and same happened at 2020 .... !!! Properly watch and take call .... High change to kiss some four digit or near and start LC .... so after 940 level .... properly watch
@Anil Mwt In my view you should book profit by selling 1 lot at least. This money can be used for other IPOs. And 1 lot you can forget for long term. And most importantly if you are satisfied with the profit you may sell 2 lots also. It is all upto the satisfaction of individual.
Note I am writing my views only. I have neither been allotted any share of Varanium and nor entitled to give any suggestion/recommendation to anyone.
It is very clear that chances of allotment is very very less for any SME IPO. What are the key factors to be kept as criteria for buying after listing. I am a retail investor and can hold for short term only. I am confused if to buy on listing day, or after 1 UC or after 2-3 LC and all.. so would be nice if someone experienced can throw some light on it.
Nobody here is can tell me that how the SME IPO allotment done is their SHNI and BHNI works or proportionate method is working please Chittorgarh team clear my Problem and many other asking the same question
In AMEYA SME IPO, I applied 1 lot in retail and subscribe it 243 times. And got 1 lot, then how can you say in sme ipo allotment on the basis of proportionate.
@Metaworld You are a new member of this forum but not a new member of Share Market. You have to go through previous posts in different IPOs. There are chances that you may get your reply there. In case you are not satisfied then you should contact your broker and complete your knowledge. In case of Bank timing and third party applications, better to contact your Bank in person. In these cases you will be able to help others also and feel yourself very happy. Choice is yours.
Dear Investors! While this SME IPO is witnessing unprecedented interest from the market as evident from the subscription figures, it also begs the question of people's understanding of the business in which companies like Droneacharya operate, i.e. business model, industry landscape and future, technology and intellectual property/ digital assets, company financials and industry averages, etc.
Kindly share your own understanding of the above in this thread along with the reason why investing in this IPO/ business. Thanks! Happy Investing!
Dear Fellow Investors, We are keen on understanding your rationale behind investing in an IPO like this one. Please share the reason that motivates you to invest in such companies. Thanks and Happy Investing!
Dear subramanniyan. chitoor! If we're reading it correctly, you participated to make listing gains on this IPO based purely upon the larger public interest shown during the application stage. Would we be correct in saying that you were really not concerned about the company or the business landscape as such? Please let know and do share your understanding of the business and the company in case our assumption isn't correct. Thanks! Best Wishes & Happy Investing!

@venturestock I appreciate the research carrying by you by analyzing views of investors . But in present scenario of this Drona which incorporated in 2017 and was in loss upto 2019 then revenue only 3 to 4 crore and made a public issue @54 and lucky investor who allotted shares will definitely book profit if listed above twice the issue price irrespective of what company doing . This is share market where o e can buy KACHORI OF DESI GHEE IF PROFIT otherwise no one know ki OIL KI KACHORI BHI MILEGI KI NAHI IF SELLS LATERON. This is purely my opinion. Pl comments if you have some positive and business prospects views of this company. Highlight for the investors
S Singh has told to avoid. Looking at subscription levels and the interest from Retail and HNI, it looks like it will subscribe over 400 x. Probability of allotment is grim

Still apply and forget. if allotted good else just block and unblock
Total SME of about 34 cr. This is Book Building one, so retailers quota is 35%. Today's subscription figures are very lucrative. It is going to subscribe at any level, may be the highest one. To expect 500x or so is not going to be correct. Let's wait and watch only. Time is going to tell the correct figures. Best wishes for allotment to all but specially to those who have been applying from long and never received any allotment. Enjoy!!!!
@Dilip Davda sir & all other experts Dont you feel post issue shareholding is very less for just a 4-5 years old company. Just asking as your reco is clear cut Apply.
On the matter of 'post issue shareholding', people will say it is professionally managed Co. and will give you example like HDFC etc and further say that Big Global Investors/Celebrities have stake in it. But in reality these new startups are nothing but cash burning pit and promoter/founders money making well (कुआं). And as soon as founder(s) realizes that he has sucked all cream and nothing left they dump the shares and move on. Its not altruism.
Always take decisions as per your finance and risk taking abilities what others are doing is not going to serve you and protect you. It's none of your business. Protect your capital /money first.
Just remember.. These analysts/experts etc are part of network/system and no one is doing any charity. Hope you will understand these game/politics quicker and will not ask such questions again.
