1 lot from 2 demat account... HNI will go more than 100 times and there is no way to get allotment for 2 lot as it is proportionate basis. In retail, you still have equal chance like everyone to get it in lottery. just that you have be very very lucky.. till date not got single SME allotment...

1b. kaka 4 hni (2 accounts 2 lots each)

2b. drone 4 hni (2 accounts 2 lots each)
2c. drone 4 hni (1 account 4 lots)

OR

3a. kaka + drone (2 retail each)
3b. kaka + drone (1 HNI each)
3c. kaka (2 retail) + drone (1 HNI)
3d. kaka (1 HNI) + drone (2 retail)

In retail price should be 65 and and do not tick cut off check box or we should do price 65 and tick mark cut off check box ?

Both are different and will create impact on allotment

Net banking giving check box option and UPI do not give that option

In general for Retail you always tick cut-off price if the subscription is low and then you will get at a lower price where company can get full subscription. If you dont tick cut off and company is offering at lower price however in this case you will get a price which you have manually quoted in the IPO... No Doubt, this will not apply for Drone since subscription will be 300+ in Retail

When i apply from Zerodha with UPI, i do see option where i can change the price or untick the cut off price...

I am new to sme ipo.
I plan to apply in Drone n Kaka sme ipo.
Please suggest to apply in HNI or retail category for better chances of allocation.
I understand its tough to get allotment but which has better chance.
Like in mainstream ipo BHNI gas better chances .I have only 1 denat account

In case of oversubscribed ipo if alloted in lottery in HNI its 1 lot allotment or 2 lot

Higher the lot size, more chance of allotment.
This rules is only applicable for sme ipo.

Hi all...am not an expert but am trying hard to understand that 2021 me total borrowings approx 98 cr hai.....uska 2023 me approx 1.6 cr ho gaya....and agar 2022 and 2023 ke profit dekhe to maths barobar baith nahi raha.....can anyone explain?

What is allotment criteria for HNI customer in SME IPO? IS it lottery base or proportional basis?

depends upon subscription times. in this case as the subscription is quite heavy so lottery basis.

When I apply using HDFC bank I get this error
"Application Not Accepted as Product CutoffTime is Less Than Current Time"

I have applied for more than 500 IPOs. I got only one or two time which is mainboard ipo. never got for SME ipo. Checked all the terms and conditions. everything appears correct. i am just thinking what the problem is.

only one thing you can do is multiple accounts, still no guarantee but increases chances, friends/family who have no idea about this or have no fund. (I got few IPO in close relative's account, in IKIO lighting got 1/4 retail in colleague's account(profit sharing basis) last good IPO I got was campus(may 22) others not so good were unipart(avg) and Mankind(undersubbed)

Yes. In the name of DRONE, investors are misguided. In other words I will say that investors misguided themselves by the name of DRONE. Manufacturing a DRONE is totally different than giving training for a pilot for DRONE. Providing service, all different. A very new company in comparison to a manufacturing one.
No doubt listing on positive side. GMP have already come down. Let's wait for allotment, which is very difficult, then listing.
Not applied, two reasons, heavily subscribed and shortage of funds. One more, never got any SME allotment.
Not bad for those who applied. Allotment is a different aspect.

Better to open account in Zeroda

Retail share portion is 2205000 and lot is 2000.
This does not look correct as 2205000/2000=1102.50 lots which is not possible being in decimal.
Pls someone clarify
