What is the difference between Mainboard IPO and SME IPO. For example, we have to apply a minimum of 2000 shares in drone destination ltd IPO. If we got allotment, can we sell a portion say 500 or 1000 shares. Further, whether SE IPO shares are easy to trade like Main board IPO.

@SUBRAMANIAN B In SME IPO share traded in lots only i.e. 1200/1600/2000/3000/4000 as per there price and lot size.
In main board share traded can be minimum 1
SME shares are hard to sell on LC and buy on UC.

Hyped sector, last heard GMP Rs 57/- per share, assuring listing gain as of now
YoY revenue jump due to to 3x increase in revenue from training and Rs5.7 cr revenue from new vertical of survey and mapping services.
Survey and mapping services provided in BJP ruled / ex-BJP ruled states of Gujarat, UP and Karnataka. Any regime change is risk. Government business has higher receivable period of around 200 days skewing cash flow. Effect seen in receivables which have jumped from Rs 25 lacs to Rs 6.66 cr.
Cash flow from operation is barely positive and due to stretched payables + increase in short term liabilities
Garbled prospectus, Annexure IV-11, IV-26, numbers are in Rs for 22-23 and in Rs thousands for previous years.
Professional & consultant fees, donation, rent expense, contractual payment to IGRUA, travelling, vehicle running etc have jumped in 22-23 presumably due to increase in government business of survey and mapping services
Vehicle loans have interest rate of 9 to 9.5%, unsecured bank loans are at 13% and 14.5%. Not sure if banks have refused to accept drones as a security for giving loans?
Company has purchased laptops using credit card and is paying off through EMI.
Company intends to purchase 140 drones worth Rs 20.97 cr and will use Rs 10 cr from the IPO for this. Rest to be funded from internal accruals, I presume. Drones worth Rs 9.84 cr to be purchased from private limited group company
Based on working capital projections, Rs 22 cr outstanding of 94 days as on 31-Mar-24, company estimates revenue of Rs 84 cr in 23-24, a jump of 7x from 22-23

Why do they want to buy eeco.. to deliver drones?

It seems a funny company.

Ideaforge is also going to start drone as a service business line.. considering the market share that idea has.. very less chance of drone to survive the competition..

Better invest in idea than this

Actually, there is not much difference between drone and kaka. Both are very good. I personally like kaka more as I feel drone is overhyped. But both will definitely give good listing gains. There is hardly much to choose between the two.

No chance of negative listing. But Return On Investment would not be great here. It would be subscribed heavily in Hni (more than 250 times is my guess) and even if it gives 80% return, ROI would not be great. And if it surprises negatively (like essen and greenchef) and give only 30-40% return then ROI would be even worst. So, if you have limited funds you should plan accordingly.
