Card business is on declining since UPI starts gaining momentum. I do not understand this company model. Do not know, how they are earning when lounge access is cheaper where as at airport, rental is super expensive due to security checks.
Why you say the lounge access is cheaper? if you don't have a card, the charge is usually is 800 to 900₹ at least in my city (Mumbai) and how much ever we try, we can only use half the amount.
Also, the credit card companies which offer lounge access (1 per quarter to 4 per quarter) have to pay to the lounge companies.. The traveller doesn't pay but this credit card company pays to get that lounge access..
Coming to UPI, it's there since 2/3 years now but still most FK or Amazon discounts are given on credit card only... similarly, lounge accesses via premium credit cards will continue to be there... If anything, air travel in India is really very low as compared to other countries and massive growth will be seen..
(Additional comment - Last time I was at the airport, there was a waiting line to just get into the lounge..)

For long term portfolio, consider stocks like TCS.. From the highs of ₹4043 per share, it’s currently at ₹3355 levels. Keeping this gem as FD for 20% types safest returns and pledged the shares for margin for short term FnO opportunities. You can give it a thought!
From a reading of RHP and initial research, this is a first-mover in airport services in India (substantiated by 95%+ market share in lounge access based on cards). In fact I couldn't find anything similar listed globally (There is a company called Priority Pass, but it belongs to a private group).
Also they appear to have used Covid to spread out across the world. Their pre-Covid footprint was just ONE country. And now they are in 121 countries. And despite this expansion, capital base is pretty much same, which means asset light. Is an interesting case definitely.
ye vahi company he jo delhi airport yaa sare air port pe lounge me card se access deta he !! he ?? bahot fayda uthaya humne to bhai.. 1 card 2 rs. charge and 1 to 2 hour in lounge with unlimited food, rest and arram ...
Yes, this service is totally free for customers who hold some premium range credit/debit cards; It is win-win type business model, In this program, Customer is happy (Free entry into longue for 1rs / 2rs), Lounge company is super happy (because bank is paying, more passenger foot hold is guaranteed), and bank too beneficiary as they can retain their customers with this kind of perks / loyalty programs. Overall this business model is better than traditional kind hotels.
OFF TOPIC (but related to IPO application) :- ICICI has worst ASBA facility amongst large banks, (?because they have compulsion to promote ICICI Direct) . Last time I checked (3 months back)They blocked CDSL accounts and promoted NSDL demate accounts only for IPO applications. Recently ICICI DIRECT customers have reported glitch in selling SMEs on their direct accounts. Due to that/despite that ICICI has been making profits and growing its market capitalisation. They very well know how to earn money by providing shoddy services.
So many IPOs.. real challenge is arranging funds... and many IPOs in pipeline too... @Pratham it looks like poor financials but with valid reason, Covid impacted badly this Aviation sector, hence the financials are under recovery phase.. The current ongoing FY results must be at full phase as Aviation traffic came to pre-covid levels. Otherwise this is in Interesting sector, may be first company to List in this kind of segment (tied up with aviation Hospitality / logistics)
Let us see the pricing, this will tell everything, whether reasonable IPO or not..
