If you are picking up sme.. I'd say wait for a bad news and severe fall. Keep an eye or put a price alert.
I am picking up good PE stocks from recent fall. On screener app u can see what stocks FIIs are accumulating..Target those stocks in sip. Smes are tricky ,if the buzz is gone you'll face severe losses. Take decision accordingly.
