Why only 10% for retail for profit making company?

Hope sebi makes compulsion for 35% if company is not loss making in previous 3 years.

Even in latent view, retails was only 10%.

I think bcz of the legal issues...

Also, without the price band, how we know if this is a good ipo to apply or not?

TMC financials looks impressive, so hope ipo might also be good but fair pricing.

But it's tough to do shni in all family members account and with 10% in retails it's like timepass lottery ticket.

hni will be more than 15%? or will the excess go to qibs?

Apart from last three years profitability,there is some other criterias which decide the retail quota percentage in an ipo.Those can be found in sebi icdr regulations 2009 chapter III part I clause 26.

Which bank allow minors to apply for ipo through asba or upi? Many banks not permitting this.

US Market is bleeding. Hoping it makes recovery.

I think US markets wil settle down..even if crashes also, Indian market will stabilize around 17100..

how is allotment for SHNI and BHNI

If subscription crosses 1X, then allocation is based on lottery.

If subscription is less than 1X, then you will get allocation proportionately based on number of lots....higher the number of lots you apply, higher will be allocation.

Yes Goa trip we must have . Now we have earned a bit, needs to be spent too.

We had a big discussion earlier, almost all expressed their willingness for Goa,
except SuneelP. I think he does not like our company.

I'm 50% sure fall could come upto 17100..but can't say because DIIs could hold the market by just buying the nifty50 and rest everything will show fall or vice versa.
As u must have seen yesterday market was +ve but midcap and small cap were down 3-4%.
IT will suffer if overseas markets are suffering.

Key stock to pick here is tata elxsi....if falls under 8600..grab in sip 1 share for every 200 Rs fall after 8600, ..8600,8400, 8200.

Not every stock will hit bottom hence the sip buying.
