@monster i have 200 quantity of irctc should i sell it at 9:15 because they have dropped data monetisation plan and sentiment of market is already bearish i would love hear your views on it i came on this side to check gmp of ipos but i started reading some of your comments and i find it quite genuine maybe it is stupid of me to feel that but i would realy appreciate it if you can give some comments on this

If you are in profit, then you should drop irctc and take entry at lower point.
Irctc is in radar of operator.. true value is 500-550... Monopoly isn't helping and corruption is on the rise. They also brought back the ticket transfer policy, hence fueling the corruption furthermore. Ticket scalping still going on. I have family member directly working with IRCTC hence know the insider operating conditions. The government wants irctc to monetize from it's niche services. All those tenders are just to show fair competition but they take money from applicants to choose their tender application. Crores of rupees and free vacation trips to employees running the tender operations. Golmaal hai bhai sab Golmaal hai. Until the government changes stay away from psu and subsidiaries. We all know what happened with irctc before split. Kind advice, stay away from A,A and Lotus party. U must be smart enough to understand the A ,A.

@monster I was in profit with it when it was at 900 and i am still in profit. I have waited around 4 months thinking it would reclaim that level but it has not maybe part of me was rigid enough to accept this and now i fear there would be more downfall and thanks for the advice and yes i have never invested in any A share p/e ratio is more than 350 calling it irrational is an understatement i also took vbl 109 shares at 1036 for a swing trade even if i make 1 percent i can get out of it do you think this is a good trade

If you could hold vbl that'll be good untill Q2 2023... I'd like to see the numbers. On financial part it deserves 51 PE ..maybe more... I'd say add if it fall .... support 950, 900...FIIs accumulating the shares, You should too ....debt reduced, good revenue, PAT solid with improved margins. Win win stock. On my radar for a swing. and i have vbl in my long term portfolio at 445 around 96 shares that i will not touch 109 for 1036 i took as a swing so even if i make 1-2 percent on it will work for me, just wanted to know because i take intraday and swing calls in this share only (and i know i sound lame)

Sorry to disappoint you with connectivity but keep an eye on previous volume data's .. available easily and viewable nicely on NSE old website. (www1.nse.com) When volume grows from previous sessions either share moves upward or downward,but with more %.
Positive and negative movement will be transparent via macd .

i honestly did not know what it is but i saw few videos on it, all i could understand was if green line cuts the red line it is a buy signal i am still confused about the time frame and which minute chart should be opened because with every time frame, chart also changes tried watching basic videos about it could not get the clearity

Happens when CS does copy paste offentely.

Irctc didnot touch 500-550 level even when we were around 15000 level. I panicked and sold my all irctc holdings in AMO at breakeven but if i could have waited till 9:15 would have saved 5000. Should have shown conviction, share is not bad i got influenced, i asked to get influenced. It is on me. Will go back to investing through Mutual funds.

You cannot apply both Retail and SHNI using single PAN. Also, whenever subscription crosses 1X, it's better to apply just 14 lots..

One Pan one application , irrespective of category.
If you are applying multiple application with same PAN, all will get rejected.

@Sachindra kumar: as mentioned , i was allotted 1 bhni application in syrma, means 952 shares.
@sbipo: main accounts are two only with me, mine and wife, others cant keep transferring funds and back etc, 10 lakh is big amount so applied in 2 account only....will try next time in daughter account also....taxation etc also to be consider with big allotments.....

In case of minor while applying sme ipo father's upi id will be consider valid or not.
Also equitas do not have facility of sme ipo in wich me n my daughter have accounts.
Wat r the others ways to apply sme ipo thru minor accont.

@erarunsingla: using father's upi id will be considered as third party application and it depends on registrar to accept/reject that in both mainboar/sme ipos, and in lower subscription ipos, many times its seen that its accepted and kfintech also accepts mostly....so if no other option, u can keep applying for minor in all ipos using third party upi too...
other way to apply for minor sme ipo is using guest option apply from this edelweiss link with fathers upi id : https://www.edelweiss.in/new-issues/#ipo

Applying 2bhni and 2 shni. Can shni and bhni can cross 30x? To me, it looks expected shni -30x and bhni -40x. Bhni 40x means 1 in 6 after filtering. Shni 30x means 1 in 22 after filtering application wise.

4 Bhni.. done. Hoping to get atleast one. Bhni may touch 5:1 and Shni 20:1.
GMP crash becaz of negative market... But there is long gap till listing .. I m sure GMP will bounce back.. as the size of issue is relatively small and only 10% offered for retailers..

Bhni subscription 40 times is in terms of value wise, the same when converged into application wise, it will be around 1:6 or 1:7.

The same logic applies for SHNI also

This is the process i followed for my minor son,
1) Apply PAN card on his name
2) applied HDFC bank account with myself as Guardian as I already have account with HDFC.
His account name will be Minor son U/G my name
3) Applied Prostocks demat minor account with myself as Guardian
4) Applied for DreamWorks IPO for first time in my Minor account. Hoping for allocation.

I wanted to apply 1 bHNI and 2 retail applications. Instead I applied 1 sHNI by mistake.. After 10 minutes I realised the mistake. I tried to change it, but it didn't allow me to change/upgrade my application from sHNI to bHNI.

Nowadays am trying to place the buy order in HDFCSec, but it's asking me to enter the buy price. How do I know the share price(pre-open) on the IPO listing day?

On the day of listing, you can buy in Preopen till 9 44AM. Also, all these brokers should be showing price range(min and max), where you can place your order. If you want to buy, place the bid at max price and trade will be executed at equilibrium price. In the same way, if you want to sell, place the bid at min price and trade will be executed at equilibrium price.
