Forget all and wait for allotment which is likely to be late in the evening and real debit messages in the beautiful morning. Last three dramatic days for market.
Share Market is not the relative or the friend of any investor as all are aware. It plays its own game like chess. One wrong move and the game is over. Here it gives some time to think. People who play chess, they have patience, they think very long for the next move.
There are number of shares in the market and it is very difficult to discuss them all. But every month there are some shares for discussion.
I have two shares in my mind :
"Powermech" which I am holding from Aug.15 @ 640. Second is "Data Pattern" which I purchased on listing day @ 800. Both are at all time high. In my view to hold further.
One last Adani Group shares specially Adani Port and Adani Wilmer. Both holding from allotment.
Adani Port from last about 15 years.
Only my way of thinking.

Can't say about minor account but Finvasia opens account for HUF. Account opening procedure is totally offline. Download , sign it and send it. That's all. If you open account with karta separately then common mobile number and email-id is also allowed for both accounts. Here customer care service is very easily reachable. They will ask you to send soft copy first from your e-mail to verify if there is any error.

You may open both accounts with prssb.com you may contact on their website i have huf and minor accounts with them.

You can open minor and HUF account with Zerodha.. entire process is offline

zerodha , upstox & groww stopped offline account after covid.

@svh.. I am aware of Zerodha and have my HUF and minor acct with them. you can fill the form and send scan copy by email once they confirm send hard copy by courier or just visit them with your documents which is fastest way to open the acct...

my main concern is getting documents and detail for filing Income Tax Return ...
where we can get the buy and sell detail in excel which we can use it directly for filing IT Return...

Zerodha i havnt find the detail of stock with purchase value as on 31st March.. maybe i dont know the option where to find it...

NJ India Investment is also good but i dont like their platform, features and service....

Upstock (not sure if there is other options on platform but has unrealised profit and loss detail in their Excel sheet, so was wondering if they have other option with only realised profit n loss transaction for Income Tax Purpose)

For HUF, zerodha is good... As mentioned earlier, the whole process is offline for HUF with affixing rubber stamp of HUF and submitting PAN and other proof with forms to be filled up.

However, for minor, when I inquired in zerodha, they say, one couldn't sell his/her shares of minor that are received in IPO. It can be sold only after they attain the age of 18. Which was not the case with local broker such as marwadi. Although, their trading charges are bit higher, they should be given preference over other brokerage as per my opinion.

All in all,
For HUF - Go for zerodha
For minor - go with local brokers

For minor - Prostocks allows to trade in minor account.

@GJ Eighteen - No you cannot trade in minor account. it is only demat account.. you can use for applying IPO. If you want to sell than you have transfer to your individual account. You can view stock by login to CDSL account. As per Income Tax, minor income is club with parent income (father or mother, whoever income is higher).

Ventura Securities Ltd. will open both in the name of a minor and HUF as well.
