For the same lavel of risk and cost few are getting huge benefit and maximum are getting huge disappointment. Yes I m writing about sHNI and bHNI. Is it justified. Should not we raise our voice through this forum and mail to SEBI to revised the 14 lots formula to 1 lot.

Now a days no registrar will accept 3rd party applicant in such.a highly subscribed IPOs.

I applied 50 lots in HNI. The subscription is only 31x. How is it possible to not get any allotment at all. I was expecting at least one due to proportionality. Please help

Proportional thing is from past.

50 lots and 14 lots are same, counted as one application sHNI and allotment by lottery like retail.

if any stock bought before 31st Jan 2018... and due to corporate action we get shares by way of split or demerger.. in such case what will be the Grand Fathering Rate of the split shares of demerger shares?

Example: Jubilant Life Science - recd Jubilant Ingrevia 1:1 after 31st Jan 2018.

During the demerger we do get the valuation in Percentage as to the cost, does the same can be considered for GF price too?

How does it work can you explain
And also in shni max application got no allotment why
