Is it mandatory that 1 lot has to be allotted to every applicant in retail as I have applied 3 application(of 1 lot)? in 3 different names, will all 3 application will be allotted each at least 1 lot
Yes 20 shares to be allotted to every applicant irrespective of quantity applied for. Since application in retail is more then 6 lacs , it wi require around 120 lac shares which is more then retail quota.
So 20 shares will be allotted by lottery within retail quota quantity
Best of luck to get 20 shares in all

PE ratio alone is not sufficient. Neither is ROE, which can be influenced by Book Value. But PEG Ratio gives a good estimate, compare it with other listed peers. Also, evaluate the business & see if any entry barrier exists. Judge the future performance, margins etc and then apply. You may end up loosing a bit even after doing that but that''s why it''s called risk.
PEG Ratio is PE Ratio to Growth. In other words it reduces the difference of PE due to high or low growth. But more than calculating it''s important to understand the significance of these ratio''s. Think of this a company like CRISIL might be valued at 40PE is damn cheap but Tata Steel at 10PE may look expensive due to requirement of capital and need to retain earnings to grow. Imagine two IT companies with little differentiated model, where 1st one pays all cash out as a dividend but 2nd one pays 50%, where book value of 2nd one will keep going up & ROE going down but 1st one''s ROE might improve a bit.
Lastly, getting a ball park figure is enough as it''s not a rocket science. An approximate understanding is sufficient for the analysis, while reading the prospectus.
Dear septa ji guide me. By mistake I have done 2 application of Dr lal in same demat with same name n pancard now what happens? 1 application I did on 8th n 2nd is on 10th today.

No, one person cannot apply multiple times through multiple applications for an IPO. It’s a rule and if you apply in an IPO though multiple applications for one lot or max lot with same name or same demat account or same PAN Number, all of your application will be rejected.
