Open offer @ 325 was announced because erstwhile promoters sold their shares at 285 to new promoters and post that the price has rocketed. So if you hold shares and believe in the Company then no need to do anything. Open offer is a regulatory requirement based on share price movement for the period prior to announcement of acquisition.

Some times I am getting allotment inspite of applying through 3 party UPI mandate.
Recently got allotment in goyal salt and tata tech by third party mandate.Still I am confused whether all application considered for 3rd party mandate.

And Allied Blenders IPO still has a question mark ❓️, no information to anyone
And SEBI Nod to lapse on 16 Dec

It's fate will be decided in next 3 days

I personally don't want this IPO Coming

67 lots applicants group ( 1:10)
68 lots applicant group (1:9)
*This is assumed number
But yes more lots of application has higher chance of allotment.(not significant but slighter more )

We had this feature until a few months ago. It was deactivated due to feedback from members. The 'Unlike" button was misused to settle the differences.
