Doms is valued a little high compared to its peers but market is giving premium because of its well established distribution network/emerging leader.
It will be really imteresting to see if doms will be able to list as per grey demand or not

India Shelter has definitely left little scope for listing gains. The sector is subdued due to the global crisis of high inflation and high interest rates. It has been observed in history that after interest rate cuts, auto and real estate sectors experience a boost in their sales.

⭐️ SEBI is preparing to implement same-day settlement of trades on the stock exchanges, referred to as T plus zero (T+0) settlement, by the end of the current financial year 2023-24 i.e. from April 24

⭐️ Mabe in January or February, SEBI will also introduce ASBA for the secondary market. Fund sits in your account, only when the trade happens the money will be debited

Amount will be debited directly from your bank Ac.

If you sell the stock as of now it is T+1 system, then it will be T+0 (meaning same day but not instantly) then eventually it will be instantaneous settlement of a trade.

Do not think money will go to bank Ac directly after selling a stock but in your trading Ac which you can transfer to your bank Ac..and transfer will happen in a few hours at the most..

As of now there is no clarity on amount going to bank Ac directly but it may happen you never know!!😊😊

With 4% intrest also on bank account amount🙏🙏

DOMS INDSURIES :
Positives:
1. Revenue and PAT is consistently rising since 2 years.
2. NP Ratio is in the levels of 8% in last 2 years.
3. The issue is fresh issue and the proceeds will be utilized for new manufacturing facility.
4. Co. has the best Working Capital days in the industry.
5. Co. has positive cash flow from operations in last 2-3 years.
6. Co. is one of the top 2 leading players in its main product i.e. wodden pencils, which accounts for 33% of its revenue.

Negatives:
1. The current ratio is around 1.20 which is below the ideal levels but since the WC days are better, this negative can be discounted.
2. Co. is in highly competitive sector which low entry barrier and also with more use of tech and tech based products, the industry has disadvantage.
3. It has incurred losses in FY 21(can be attributed to COVID).
4. The price looks highly expensive considering the industry PE ratio of average 36. The ideal price would have been 600-650. Still in this bull market, nothing seems expensive but watchout for what happened with Flair.

​@Sandeep Kumar sethi @Jai ho IPO Cartrade had the very bad experience for investors. As CG GMP figures, it started with 710, the maximum on 03.08.21. On the day of listing it was 140. Unfortunately the share listed at 1600 against issue price was 1618 and closing was 1500. It was still better than PayTM.
Rest is the history. All know. But comparison is not possible between two companies. Even two real brothers cannot be compared.
If one is not comfortable with GMP than he should avoid.

Bro car trade I have average near 500 odd levels as it consolidated well at that level... One can even average it near 700 odd levels... In medium term it may cross 1100 plus levels and you may get better exit.... Nothing wrong with this company... This company suffered only due to esop issue.
