A total of 19 companies including Flair Writing, Tata Technologies, JSW Infra and others will see their pre-listing shareholder lock-ins lifted in the next one month. Here's what's at stake.

🔴🔏Tata Technologies

About 7.9 million shares or 2% of total equity will be freed up in Tata Tech towards the end of this month as the lock-in period for these shares ends on December 27

🔴🔏IREDA

State-owned IREDA will see about 100 million shares get freed from lock-in on December 24

This represents 4% of total equity in the company

🔴🔏Flair Writing

About 2.9 million shares or 3% equity will be out of lock-in in Flair Writing on December 28

🔴🔏JSW Infra

JSW Infra will see 52.9 million shares of 3% equity get freed up on December 26

🔴🔏Gandhar Oil Refinery

Gandhar Oil Refinery will see 4.4 million shares to come out of the lock-in period on December 28

This represents 5% equity in the company

🔴🔏Samhi Hotels

About 24.5 million shares of SAMHI Hotels will be freed from December 19 as the lock-in ends on December 18

i'm having a joint bank account with my wife where i'm 2nd holder.
My trading account's bank is linked with it.
But i use PhonePe account which is by my wife's name and mobile number who is 1st holder.
Now, can i apply IPO from my trading a/c using this same UPI id??

2) If IPO applied by using PhonePe then when money deducting notification comes in the PhonePe?

Anyway i wanted to know if you apply from UPI ..Then Money Block Message or To Pay message from UPI comes immediately or only if you are allotted IPO there after?

I would recommend that Apply DOMS ,
Then Muthoot / Happy Forgings

And ESAF , I know anyone is not taking about it But still good growth story and single digit valuations making it attractive

You will not able to use DOMS refund for applying INOX.

When i try to apply, its only showing retail category? Its not showing SHNI or BHNI? Please assist.

@Shiva✨ using axis asba for more than 3 years but there is no such catagory like Nil catagory.

Don’t tick on cut off. Enter price manually

It is better to forget now..3rd party application possibility.. SEBI has fix the responsibility of banks & registrar to cancell these applications.. So don't waste time.. Money & energy on this.

Hey fam, unable to apply Small Hni in upstox using UPI. Anyone knows how to?

I was able to apply Small Hni in Zerodha by unchecking the Cut off price and manually inputting the upper price. But the same process isn't working for Upstox.

Upstox does not allow applications more than 2 lacs. Use ASBA facility from your bank.
