As per newspaper, DLF announced 200% dividend i.e. Rs.4/- per share. Corporate announcement on NSE says 100%. The ex dividend date is not clearly mentioned.

DLF will pay dividend for all of us who have got the allotment in IPO?Can anyone let me know about this.

DLF has posted excellent Q1 results with consolidated PAT of Rs 1515 crore. Share price may cross Rs 700 mark very soon. (Premim Investment)

dlf is very good stock to hold till 700/- it will touch this price very soon......"block deals at 700/- " roumours around....hold it...long term target in four figures....(one year horizon)

Dont worry about the results. They got 6000 cr project and among the 9000 cr they got from IPO they've put 7000 cr in diff Mutual Funda and they're getting 1.3 cr per day profit from that 7000 cr (yes, it's our money only), ie. 40 cr/month and 120 cr/qtr. They're already making profit. Anyway it's for some timeperiod till such time they need that money for their projects.

Only on/after 19th i think they'll deduct the amount. You can submit the cheque to your local karvey agency also i think.

DLF to announce Q1 results on Jul 19, 2007


DLF Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Annual Accounts of the Company for the year 2006-07 on stand-alone as well as on consolidated basis.

2. Recommend dividend on equity shares for the year 2006-07.

3. Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 (Q1).

Let see whats there in our plate...
If results are good .. it good to hold DLF for Long period.

This is for all the people who have not received the call notice.

I was in the same situation as yours, Please sent a mail to einward.ris@karvy.com with the following details:

your name
your ipo application no
your DP id

they will send you a soft copy of your call notice, then you can just take a print out of that mail and make the payment in the bank.

Hi guys I have applied for 50 and got 50. I have paid 7500/- at cut off 550. I did not received the letter till now. please suggest me what to do, can I pay remaining ammount with out letter????

i didn't got balance amount.i was applied 50 share at price 540 but i got 50 at price 525. my balalnce amount 1250/- i didn't got till now . can you tell me where i call or email

I got balance to my ICICI account 2 weeks back for full payment.

I got intimation for my fathers application to pay the balance before 19th thru cheque, since it's applied thru part payment.

I placed an order in an DLF IPO through ICICI direct, I selected "CuttOff Price" due to which I was charged 550 Rs per share.

Now that the shares are allocated to me, I havn't got the refund of 25 Rs per share till date?
