HURRAY Good news for DLF retailers who got complete allotment . Following the DLF listing date on 5th July 07 Omaxe IPO is on 7-13Jul to tap the money .Omaxe success is dependent on DLF success and DLF will now be listed not less than Rs 1000/- DLF sellers are less than buyers as most of the people have opted for partial route .

Retail is Subscribed at 0.9 times and all the retail investors have got allotment....

As far as listing is concerned it will definitely list above 600 levels.

i remember tanushree and anand fighting on listing price of Dlf.Tanushree is great. Finally she will have the last laugh.Today it came in CNbc that dlf will list at 580+ rs and there will be lot of excitement on opening. There are only few stocks in top real estate like Dlf,Unitech,Parsvnath and Sobha Developer .Lot of people who missed this ipo should buy this stock even if they get between 580-600 .remember dlf has target of 1200 in yr. I have full faith in tanushree as she predicted correct information so many times before and her target is 1200 in 1 yr

DLF Listing = Every body (having or not having any logic)
is just guessing the price at wich DLF will be listed.
Dil behlaame ko yeh khyal achha hai.
Why not patiently wait for the listing day?

Hi amit jain(59.145.72.82),

If you read all the posts in this discussion forum on DLF issue, there are mixed opinions about the issue.
Some saying it will list with premium/profit & some say it will list with a discount/loss.
So I think the best option to do currently is to wait & watch & hope that the listing will be a good one.

The only saving grace for this issue is that this issue being a huge one is been oversubscribed by about 5 times in the QIB segment.

Regards,
Sundaram.J.S.

Hi Ravi Kiran(123.201.67.247),,
I think you cannot apply through two demat accounts of one lakh each bcos both the accounts are linked to a single PAN number.

A single individual cannot have two demat accounts with two diiferent PAN numbers & I think this is illegal.

Now If you have two Demat accounts with two brokerages & your total application should be Rs one lakh.....

I donot know whether you can apply with two demat accounts of Rs 50,000/- each....Can experts clarify??????

Hope this helps you.....

Regards,
Sundaram.J.S.
