among all people crazily speculating about the future of DLF (mostly without logic), your post seems to be of only relevance. Great Job.
Could you tell me how did you obtain the information though? DId you call up karvy? Becoz I want to know the branch details and stuffs so that i can pay the amount and convert my partly paid shares to fully paid shares asap. Regards
1.don't worry about that you got alloted shares but not appaered in demat, it will be done by the listing date.
2.even if you apply according to rules and regulations there may be some mistakes in application filling so there is a chance of not getting any shares.
3.there is no gaurantee of listing of partly paid shares, so be cautious while selling.
4.if any one applied at higher rate than the issue price dont worry, remaining amount will be sedn to bank accounts as per the demat details or u will receive a cheque with in couple of days.
5.regarding the dlf listing expectations even i am also eagerly waiting for that so dont put high expectations now itself, but definitely it will give good results in long term, as ambani brothers have invested 200 crores each and sbi and lic has invested 500 crores each and lot of foreign players are there so dont try to sell the shares on listing day for less profit, for ex: scrip - educomp - issued in jan 2006 @225 etc.. now it is 2250/- so think about long term.
6.with the order of 3000 crores for dlf definitely it is a positive sign for dlf listing but our indian share market is 2 years discounted means already that order is also calculated by top investors while investing in dlf.
i hav recieved 10 shares of dlf. i paid 150 per shares. say that my shares has can i sold this partly paidup shatres. what is the listing price of pp shares lumb sumb.
Hi Friends, I applied through paper application for 90 shares and got alloted 90. But they are not credited to my demat account. What should I do, pl. help.
For the people who have partly paid can sell their stock on the listing day. There will be two separate listings on the same day same time, one for the fully paid and one for the partly paid(PP). Make sure that you sell your stock under PP category. Once you sell your stock under partly paid category, you dont need to bother about the remaining payment. E.g. if DLF opens with the premium of say 20rs, then the price under the fully paid category will be 545rs and in PP category 245rs. In case when you want to hold the shares for long you need to pay the remaining amount.
I got following info from DLF registrar -------------------------------------------------------------- Last date of payment is 17.07.2007. Notice has been already dispatched to you which contains all the details including the bank branches. --------------------------------------------------------------
