i am tanushree and i thought why not come back during dlf listing.there has been lot of saying of dlf.as i have said even before when dlf ipo opened that it will give decent gains and is an excellent stock to hold and be in ones portfolio.the stock will list near to 580 range and my 1 year target is 1200 .i beleive those who have patience and will stick to this stock will be huge beneficieries.remember what happend with gmr infra which listed at around 210 with even less oversubscription than dlf and now is above 750 so dear friends go by fundamentals as i have even told anand about the property it own in gurgaon and anand was disagreeing at that time.anand i would like u to come back and say something about listing as it will be quite good as listing time has come now.the only fear i had was if parsvnath,unitech and sobha do not perform near the time of listing but looking at performance i am now confident of dlf been and excellent company to hold and become lakhpatis .

even i didnt get refund.........i had applied for 110@ 550/-n i got 110 shares....but rest of d money still i didnt recive....

I have applied for DLF IPO at cut off price option(full payment)through ICICIDirect.I got the allotment.But the issue price is 525.Remaining 25 rupees....?. I did not got any refund neither dirct credit to account nor through checQ/DD.
Any one got the refund...?

can i pay the part payment through online bez right now i am different country.please let me know how can i pay the money,Other wise what happens if i did not pay in time.

For all people holding their account with ICICI direct, if u cannot see the shares being allocated. Do the following to ensure that u have recd the share.
Go in dmat allocation and press allocate, if u are alloted the shares then u can see your shares with name as NA on it.

On checking the DLF IPO allotment status I found 60 shares allotted to me. But these are not credited to me demat account. how come?

No Umesh you have to pay for total 180 shares compulsory, after 20-7-2007 if u want u can sell remaining 80, try to adjust money some where, if u can't i am ready to take that 80 shares.... definitely it will list more than 700, b caz today all the realestate stocks are in the 5-10 percent gains, so dont bother .....

Letter for Part payment cases were dispatched on 29th June.

My application number for DLF IPO is (96008202)I have applied for 70 shares but till now no shares is credited into my account and not recvd the refund. Please let me know how many shares i got.

Can anybody who has received the courier please let me know which bank/branch are accepting the cheques?

also, if we make the payment before the due date, will the sahres become tradable before 19th July?

Rest of the money can't be payed online. It has to be payed by either DD/Cheque. Due date for payment of rest of the money is 19-Jul-2007.

Hi,

I had been alloted 140 shares of DLF. I even can see the 140 shares in my demate account with shares code as NA.
However what is worrying me is that how can I pay the balance amount , I mean via cheque or by using my ICICIDIRECT account as I am using ICICI direct as DP.

Those who have applied under partial payment (Payment option 1) Due date is 19-Jul-2007 to pay rest of the money by cheque or DD. The details have been received by courier. Just to share with all of you.

Should i keep or sell the on the opening day...I have only 20 ...........

With the current market scenario..banking n infrastructure shares soaring...expect DLF to be aroung 625-675 on the listing day..
