Does anyone know when fpo shares will be allowed to be traded 9 o clock or 10 o clock?

I guess i have to close my upstoxx account and move to zerodha.
Past 1hr i wasted on this calling them.
My doubt how will i transfer my shares from upstoxx to zerodha?

Really wish that investors in this FPO get at some gain from their investment but it will not be easy.

CLOSING PRICE FROM 16/07/21 to 29/12/21 Range 55 to 135
CLOSING PRICE FROM 30/12/21 to 25/01/21 Continues UC till 267.75
CLOSING PRICE FROM 26/01/21 to 25/01/21 Continues LC till 241.7 (today)

It is reasonably evident that stock price was bumped up deliberately to ensure success of additional fund raising (thru FPO) at very high valuations.

If the LC (same 5% continues) for another 13-14 days then current price of 241.7 will reach the FPO issue price of 125. Bonus share will not have any material impact on the share price. Management is exploring Bonus Issue only as a cosmetic decoration of the stock to introduce some liquidity in the stock ......to facilitate some investors an exit at a price higher than FPO price.

For general FPO investors, the best course of action seems to be to continue exploring the exit on daily basis at any possible price as soon as possible even if they believe in the company to perform well in the longer run. It seems more efficient to exit now.......and if have long term belief in the company sit on the sidelines and explore re-entry after bonus and FPO listing related transient activities subside. Suno sabki par sirf apne man ki.

You are another Genius of the forum and I would appreciate to get an update from you what will be next level from if this falls from 120 to 50-70 levels, to enlighten the poor investors like me (10 or 20 levels ?), much appreciated.

There is some issue with the ISIN of this stock, not allowing to place orders & orders getting immediate rejected in Marwadi shares.

I could have 2 brokers ,that is a good idea👍🏻.
Slowly i could sell all of the holding in upstoxx and start using zerodha. So that the transition would be smooth

Yup I am also having two account
Zerodha and
Standard Charterd- linked with my Saving account
It is very easy to move funds from broker of same saving account … it takes few seconds only…
Only issue is STandard doesn’t take part in SME through online
So I have kept zerodha for that….
So if possible open zerodha and one account of same bank of saving account/..

This news is in corporate announcement on BSE. but it's weird news that just listed & in 4 days meeting called for bonus shares. Not convinced with corporate governance with this company

probably this has been credited to demat accounts
sell orders of 3,98,000 shares are pending
there is huge selling pressure but no buyers
only 1 trade of 1000 shares executed today

My target for this on monday is 241.3 but on 3rd feb onwards it will start upward trend , one can hold the same for the target of 300 in 2 months , if all the market will go up from here

Look at the orders companies receiving and posted from time to time on the website, clientele company has. Need to look at how the buyers absorbs selling from flippers.
