1) How can we apply through CItibank Net Banking. I am not able to locate the apply ipo/invest option.
Any help will be appreciated :)

2) Seems ICICI Bank portal for IPO is down. As all the time it is giving error since APEX.

You cannot apply using CITI bank, there is no such option available. if you want to apply in citi we should fill physical form and give it in citi bank this is only available. no option for online

ICICI ipo section is working fine, for confirming purpose,there is no separate icici ipo portal,we have to apply through icicidirect account in ipo section.

yeah, i am talking about IPO Section on ICICI net banking... as i dont have account with icici direct.
i used to apply through ASBA facility in ICICI net banking (Invest Online -> ONLINE IPO). But nowdays it says
"This feature is currently under maintenance. Request you to visit the nearest ASBA enabled branch to submit your application. Apologies for the inconvenience caused."

Bad business tactics. It simply seems that ICICI bank need to increase its demat business revenue. Moreover all private banks are doing same things. Like they are not allowing online applications for 5 accounts & same time, there are errors while applying the IPOs through private banks net banking.

Your are correct . icici demat account holder can apply though icicidirect website . people who are holding demat account with other broker they not allowing apply ipo through netbanking . indirectly they expecting DP account with them and pay more brokerage . need to complaint to SEBI . it is all time high .
