I want to mention here a small mistake by Dilip Davda sir in his review.

Issue size is 30% of the total paid up capital of the company not 20℅.

App wise data pl.

In NII segment, the subscription is 345 times,

and if the allotment is on pro rata basis, then does this mean that one who applies for shares worth Rs. 2 Crore, he will get 32 shares?

2,00,00,000/1766 = 11325 Shares

11,325/345 shares = 32 Shares.

With this calculation, it seems that it should list at premium of 50% so that the NII''s are not at loss?

Please throw some light.

Also at what rate of interest does bank provide money for IPO''s?

and will they get 32 shares if they apply for Rs. 2 Crore?

I was really shocked to see subscription level. Many told it is jimix of motial oswal and QIP will withdraw last hour and all. Where r u guys?? I m really confident in IPO only because genius sptlsian sir told clearly avoid. He said same thing and au small bank, indigo, Sheela aunty listing. U people know what happens on listing day on above stocks.

RII CAN WITHDRAW APPLICATION, MAIL TO REGISTRAR FOR CANCELATION OF BID

RII can withdraw only before issue closes as per the new rules.
Sending emails/speedpost etc to registrar wont be entertained.

Mostly all nationalised banks allowed upto 5 applications

Indian overseas bank is best
