Got 1 out of 2, and amount settles in both cases ,i.e. dedcuted for alloted application and unblocked for non alloted.

Which is the best IPO out if ICICI or SBI ?

Both insurance issues are huge, all retailers will get one lot each for sure. Both are stiffly priced in general as the current market is also overpriced.
