QIB very low considering the noise around this. QIB also 3x in Petro in terms of value.
So clearly QIB more positive towards petro.

I haven't applied here considering the fund constraints and low allotment probability.

Yes @Kishor Ghag bhai, rare but it does happen.
I use 4 family accounts for IPO applications. It took me 13-14 months of applications to get my first SME allotment. But now I have got 11-12 allotments in next 18 months across the 4 family accounts.
Of course, bid size has a huge role to play in successful allotment.
