Why GMP is not updated in the site or zero GMP?

Good fundamentals or not. This is not a good time to invest in any IPO.

Infosys founder Nandan Nilekani's trust, NRJN, owns 23.94 lakh shares or 8.7 per cent equity in Divgi Torqtransfer.
NRJN Family Trust, will offload 14.4 lakh shares of Divgi Torqtransfer.
The average cost of acquisition of Nielkani's NRJN Family Trust was ₹125.28. The shares, if allotted to the IPO investors at the upper price band of ₹590, the NRJN firm will make a profit of ₹66.98 crore, which is 370% returns of his investment of ₹18 crore.

What is the time period of this investment by the said trust?

EV related company.
Good track record and fundamentals.
IPO subscription is expected to be very high.

Seems good to me.

Fantastic financials. Consistently EBIDTA margin of ~ 30%, PAT margin of 19-20%, debt free and decent growth in top and bottom line.

That's where good part ends. Extremely high customer concentration. top customer consist of 75% revenue and top 5 about 92%. large OFS portion.

IPO is also priced very aggressively. on diluted basis 36-37 P/E.

I will mostly avoid. better opportunities in SME available.

Sir Can u Tell me the New Rule in SME IPO from 1st March 2023

The red herring prospectus (RHP) of the IPO shows that the weighted average cost of acquisition for Nilekani's firm was Rs 125.28. Considering that shares would be allotted to IPO investors at the upper price band of Rs 590, Nilekani will make a neat profit of Rs 66.98 crore or 370% return from his investment of about Rs 18 crore.

Nilekani's trust owns 23.94 lakh shares or 8.7% equity in Divgi. Out of which, 11.97 lakh shares were bought in the last one year period.

Price range is too high

Why do you say that?

If IPO is so good- why such a large OFS portion? Do not subscribe to this ipo

Not every mainboard ipo will come at low PE and keep 50% for listing gain. We need to take calculated risk while applying in IPO.

S from nov 2022 sebi banned 3rd party applications. After also we got allotment which suggests that registrars not obeying rule strictly

Today's market again bad for the investors. About 400 pts in negative BSE, now a little better.
Listed IPOS of last 6 months or so in very bad position except Global Health and if any. Data Pattern, Kaynes, Keystone, Dreamfolk and Syrma to name a few. Listed in negative are further negative.
All these factors to hamper more, the weak IPOs of main line coming soon.
Difficult to predict Share Market as a whole.
Today sold GNA Excell, the IPO allotted shares of 207 at 900 apiece. Still holding some.
Going to avoid both the IPOs.

Official issue size not declared by CG. Members are informing about issue size. Members are also posting GMP. About 60. Generally I don't have genuine reports of GMP like @Vinod who has at specific date and time, the GMP information.

Team Chittorgarh please add P/E column also.

Paid up share capital also be displayed along with other figures.
