Looks like Mf/Dii is accumulating medanta. Volume spikes on 15 min chart and around 10 am from last 2 days. Dont jump let it settle. Same.thing happened in Rainbow medicare, i was able to spot it too.
PS. I hold 1 lot, but the above thing is just an observation not a biased view. You can do similar research on newly listed stocks. Volume is good indicator

You are mistaken. Grey prices does not get decided on retail allocation but HNI bucket. It is easier to get allotment in 2 lakh category or in 10 lakh it is even better. So your assumption of 1 in 25 application does not work.
Look at SHNI category. If 10 time subscription happen there then there is chance to get 1.4 lot on an average. So it shows why your estimation would not work
