Retail.. if you see Retail is less subscribed then SHNI. Also 17 lots or 15 lots its ur choice based on available funds and luck . Sometimes if we apply with 15 lots we get it and sometimes if we apply with 17 lots we get it. however if u apply with 17 lots as u know 15 lots allotment will happen and remaining 2 lots money will be released back.
I'm using SBI netbanking. You can update it in the website . I don't know if there's an option to do in yono app. I haven't checked. You can use the same username and password of yono app to login in the netbanking website.

Short Term Capital Gain (Holding period is less than 12 months) : 15% of Sale Price - Purchase Price - Expenses on Sale Long Term Capital Gain (Holding period is more than 12 months) : 10% of Sale Price - Purchase Price - Expenses on Sale. Note:- Exemption of upto 1 lakh in a Financial Year
