and in her bank name asha from there asba i will be apply there is single a in bank name in asha..., will application reject ?

PAN number in bank account and Demat account should be same.

My Mother''s name on PAN card and DEMET record is. xxxxxx Devi but in Bank record it''s xxxxxx Kumari.
But,
Maximum time, I am getting allotment in her account.

So, I don''t think, any problem will be there in your case.
