Initially thought about applying. Applied 4 lots in RIIs also but ultimately after seeing the NII figure, didn't accept the mandate.

Didn't applied here because of high valuation and current turmoil in SME market.. here both LM and market maker is good.. so they will make it list with mild profit but not looking like a good candidate for fresh buying.

Share will shift from hni to Retail or not

As per past BOA, where such a condition occur, shares do shift from HNI to retail.

Be alert in IPOs of Gujrat based companies , more so in SME , dont know howthese companies are managing favourable reviews and approval by SEBI

SEBI approval nahi hota means what ? Is there no designated authority to approve SME fund raising, teri tarah khud hi prakat ho jaate hain.
Agar itne ghor gyani ho gaye ho to procedure vistaar se likho , sabhi ka gyan vardhan ho jaayega.

SME approval is not given by SEBI but the concerned Exchange i.e. NSE or BSE. So higher risk in SMEs as compared to Mainboard IPOs SEBI is not involved in SMEs. Definitely there is lot of difference in capabilities / competency when you compare Exchanges vis a vis SEBI.

Please give your opinion as this sme apply or not, also, today is last day.

My sense is that the total subscription will cross 5 times. Though, the PE is 32 based on past profits assuming no addition in profit is done from the IPO proceeds, still the company is a sort of 1st mover in Lab grown Diamonds which already has government backing. The LM is also good. Thinking of making some HNI applications. Last call at 1:50 pm.
