Deepak seems to be much safer than AMIC and association of Hem is added feature. Deepak should oversubscribe to the tune of 300 to 400 times and most of us will be playing block unblock game but it is worth. Atleast some of us will definitely get lucky ones.
Revenue not on better side. PAT in comparison better. Borrowings also on decreasing trend. Equity holding after the issue at 73%, in commanding position. Funds not to use for prepaying borrowing. Members always in favor of HEM factor. Hem has also proved its work. As far as SMEs are concerned, listing gain is more important than further term. Listing gains looks promising. Already subscribed heavily. Likely subscription figures 325 time. Applying 2 retail for my first ever SME allotment. Apply for listing GAIN. Have a happy new month and the last month of the year.

Hi. I usually apply mainline ipo in BHni. I have funds and 10 demat accounts. Would you suggest 9 retail applications or 1 hni with 9 lots for allotment chances. Thanks.
Generally in 90% of the cases 9 retail lots should fetch you better chance of allotment. But it always depends on the subscription levels in each category.

@Rajesh Pithadia Hello Sir I have few questions regarding that. Please answer if you can. I am thinking of applying through my Minor Son Account too.
1. I am thinking of opening Minor Account in Kotak. Will that account have different CRN and Account Number from My account ? 2. If that account is completely different from mine. will I be able to apply through Netbanking directly through his Account ? 3. Which Demat Account do you have for your daughter. I am thinking of ProStocks. Is it fine ?
My daughter having dimet account in Angel and Bank Account having with kotak bank. You have to update/submit minor pan by visit kotak bank branch and tell them to also add dimet account (benefishary) for ipo, after that you can apply ipo either by netbanking or mobile app.

I have applied Tata Technologies in SH Catagory, I got alloment, sold all shares but my question is that money not debited my account and remaining fund also not unblocked. What can i do because i want to apply SME.
I have already sent mail to linkintime for the same but didnt get any reply from them.
@Rajesh Pithadia Sir, Are you able to sell SME ipo from Minor Acc on listing day from Angel/Kotak...? I have heard that shares needs to transfer from minor to Guardian then after 2-3 days we can sell...is it true ? What is the exact procedure, plz explain if possible.
Off topic .. Hello everyone.. this is my first comment .. new to this world .. i bought Esaf around 700 shares after listing .. not much price action since listing .. should i hold ? Would be greatful if seniors/expert/experienced members reply ..
With such a small issue size, could there be liquidity issues? What happens if we are not able to sell it on listing day? Excuse me for the noob question since i've never applied for an SME ipo before.

That is possible only if there is lower circuit. And such a situation is not likely to happen. Issue size does not decide whether we will be able to sell or buy, it is the issue price that matters.

With Exit poll suggesting BJP lead in MP and Raj , it could flare the market trow and on Monday .....Keep an eye and watch it if it translate into action . This can be a trigger for 20500 nifty target 🎯
Dear CG Members, Any updates on what refund cycle dates are going to be followed for this IPO. As we are already in December. The allotment schedule shared on Chittorgarh does not reflect the T+1 allotment ( Shorter Cycle) . Any info on this is highly welcome

We are still in November and not in December. 🙂 The T+1 rule is compulsory for IPOs opening on 1 December or later. For IPOs opening before that, it is optional to adopt T+1 rule.
Thanks For the clarifications @antarix . On a lighter note, I am just trying to fast-track it by moving quickly to December, and focus on the next set of IPO'S...;)
