While applying for three lots in Deepak Chemtex, I had received below error

Can we apply any number of lots? Like 4 or 6
Why everyone follows odd no lots like 3, 5, 7 or 9

Off Topic: @lokes are you still tracking Hemant Surgical ? I'm holding it since IPO allotment as suggested by few experts to hold for long term but it is continuously going down. Any views ?

I had applied third party upi if these will be rejected my 9 applications will be rejected

Regarding Third Party Applications, here is what SEBI's August 09, 2023 circular mentioned:

The Registrar to an Issue shall undertake third-party verification of the
applications by matching the PAN available in the demat account with the PAN
available in the bank account of the applicant. In instances of mismatch, such
applications shall continue to be considered as invalid applications for finalising
the basis of allotment.

The circular specifically mentions third-party check for both UPI and non UPI based applications.
The above is mandatory for public issues opening on or after December 1, 2023.

***Bonus from the circular about unblocking of funds:***
For Bank ASBA and Online ASBA - Initiation not later than 09:30 am on T+2 day;
For UPI ASBA - Completion before 4 pm on T+2 day;

Given this Saturday was working for banks, is it possible to have allottments announced and funds unblocked on Monday morning ? Registrar for both Deepak and Monday issue is bigshare ..

Does applying more lots in sme ipo helps in better allotment chances or its the same as mainboard ipo where we should apply the minimum for the category.

​@Vaibhavvd Sir i did paragon 2 application of 99600 shares each, even though i did received one lot, it is not reflected in BOA. Not able to understand how it works ?

It's just for few lot calculation, Not each lot calculation given in BOA, SO may be you are not lucky in this case. But allotment done on propotinate lottery basis..

My funds are blocked but I didn't receive any email regarding bidding. Does anyone having same issue?

So, no matter of concern even if sms or mail is received.

No SMS from BSE and no mail received.

But I have reced sms from bank which contains application number and funds are blocked. This should be find and no need to worry. 🙏

As it Allotment will be today or monday as per T+3 .any idea.

Obviously Monday is T+1 days. Working Days count in T...

Applied for 3 lots in one application and 1 lot in another application. No hope of allotment seeing the final subscription numbers.
