​@DEVBULL Is there any procedure or link to get full BOA . As I want to know in Thai where I didn't get allotment inspite of hefty amount . Might be there are other applicants also .so just want to know as registrar is not giving proper reply.

In response to our email complaints, some RTAs are giving full BoA. Some will give details for our applied category size only. If you don’t get any proper reply, you may lodge complaint with SEBI through SCORES. I did it once, demanding full BoA, but got details for my applied category size only and not full BoA.

They replied for first mail as under

Dear Sir,

We have received the approval from the NSE for allotment of the IPO and the shares will be credited in your demat account today. You will be able to check the status of the IPO on our website https://www.purvashare.com/investor-service/ipo-query.

​@DEVBULL Is there any chances of manipulating the no of application with subscription figure .IMO being in computerized environment not possible as such . Pl give direction....
I applied 92 lots and sure for atleast one allotment looking to subscription and no of application applied but got nothing .

Here in डोम applied 87 lot application and hope will definitely get one lot... let's see

1) You may send one more email letter to RTA clearly pointing out the lacuna in the sample BoA and your intension to raise the issue with SEBI, if full BoA is not supplied to you. I have furnished below a sample complaint letter. Most probably you will get full BoA or at least details of your category size of 92 lots.
2) By using this format complaint, I got full BoA from the RTA-Maashitla for SJ Logistics IPO.

1) I had applied for Thaai 92 lots) for Rs.1,13,34,400/-, under NII category. Though I have heavily subscribed, I did not get allotment.

2) To my surprise, no details are available for my lot size in your BoA (Sample) published elsewhere which is very short as far as NII is concerned. You have just furnished the details of category size of 2 lots to 11 lots only and that of 12 lots onwards are completely missing in this BoA. My 92 lot size (i.e. 1,47,200 shares) is falling in this missing range. It is rather unfortunate that your sample BoA has covered just lower level HNIs only and has completely ignored Middle level & Higher level HNIs which is not fair on your part. The samples should be wide spread and should cover starting levels, middle levels and end levels.

3) Since I have applied heavily, I like to see how I missed the chance of allotment.

4) Hence, I request you to furnish me soft copy of full BoA to my email address for in-depth verification and taking further action with SEBI, if need be.

5) In future, kindly be reasonable and try to publish Sample BoA covering all parts of HNIs. In this case, you have just furnished first 10 categories only at starting level HNIs. You have completely ignored huge chunk of middle level and ultra HNIs, which is not desirable and not healthy practice of publication of sample BoA.

​@PLAZA Thaai was subscribed 700x and you apply 92lots. If you were only person in that category you wont be considered for lottery. Infact if there were 3 person for 92lot category then also all 3 wont get allotment. There should hv been 6-7 person applying for 92lot, then 1 out of 6-7 will be alloted as 92/700 is near to 1:7. Thats why when applying higher lots , choose where many people were applying, so as to considered for lottery
Thats why, you might have seen many members asking for " join me in XX lots category"
Check WTI cab BOA. It is full BOA. You will understand why you are not allotted.

We and our group applied 5 applications of same 92 lot and no one got allotment that's why asking the no of application in this lot group from registrar and registrar i.e. Purva shares not replying properly that creates doubt ..... can you give further direction

1) At the outset, I got allotment of 1 lot of Thaai Casting for my 49 lots x 2 HNI APP.

2) If you are not satisfied with the reply furnished by the RTA, you may lodge complaint with SEBI through SCORES portal. Website address is https://scores.gov.in. You have to register with userid/password and then lodge complaint.

3) I am furnishing below one sample case that I lodged with SEBI (SCORES) and got the limited information from the RTA through SEBI. The sorry state of affairs on the part of SEBI is they did just postman job with RTA and me and twisted the matter as non-allotment of shares instead of non-supply of full BoA and disposed the issue just by furnishing the category details for my applied lot size. As I was adamant to get full BoA, I further escalated the issue with the Chief General Manager, Investor Grievance Cell, SEBI (SCORES) but my complaint was diverted back to the starting level of SCORES and same reply was furnished on review of my complaint and closed the case. As a next step, I should have taken up the case with the Chairman of SEBI but I didn’t do it as I felt collective efforts through IPO Investors Forum, if any, only will solve the issue.

Sample case: ANLON TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED Complaint Details lodged with SEBI : (1) In response to my request for supply of full BoA of Anlon SME IPO, the Link Intimate has supplied me the advertisement copy of the Sample BoA only stating that the full version of Basis Of Allotment is a confidential document and cannot be shared publicly. (2) Further, as my applied category size of 64,800 shares under NII was not available in the Sample BoA supplied to me, I insisted for full BoA or line details for my applied category size or at least the details of no. of applicants in the said category size, shares allocated and ratio of allotment to the applicants of the category size in question.(3) The Link Intime has refused to supply this minimum requirements also. (4) As an IPO Investor under NII category, I believe I am entitled to get the full BoA or at least the details of my applied category size. (5) Hence, I am lodging this complaint against Link Intime, the RTA for Anlon SME IPO, with a request to pass necessary orders as appropriate and deemed fit. (6) All correspondence with the said RTA is attached as a merged PDF file.

​@DEVBULL Thanks for detailed process . I tried to register at SCORES but failed to get throgh .will try tomorrow.
One good news sir I allotted one lot of Deem. Congratulations for allotment of Thaii.

​@PLAZA I managed to get the full BOA from Purva. Please see the attached for your specific lot sizes, hope it helps.

​@Kapz Thanks dear . Yes I have also received the detail BOA from purva and found there are in total 8 application of 92 lot and ours 5 remain in non allotee. Congratulations who got allotment in 92 lot.
Really I was thinking that there might not be any other application and proved wrong .
