One key factor could be it's P/E which may seem on a higher side to some old fox investors and fund managers.
I see no harm in buying around 300 for long term.
The stock has delivered consistent results and is in a unique business.

@IPO guro The demat account name and bank account name (1st party) is tallied. If you use demat account of (suppose X name) and that X is second party in bank account, it will be rejected. Moreover your PAN (as first party) will be in bank account which will be tallied. And if you have applied in demat of X and your PAN will not match. So the 1st party PAN name will be taken and application will be rejected due to PAN mis-match.

I had joint account & different demat account for both & it works (I had got allotment in name of 2nd joint holder name. (In AU bank).

Have 2 questions,

1) How many HNI application is required to get sure allotment.

2) what if I apply HNI from one demat and few lots for retail from other Demat. will it cancel my HNI applciation ? or both will be valid. both have same PAN number.

Multiple applications with same PAN number are sure to reject, though from different demat number.

Most preferred India Offset partner for aerospace & defence manufacturing projects. Governments emphasis on indigenization should help. Growing top-line & bottom-line but OPM is low. Good order book size gives comfort. Asking valuation based on FY22 earnings looks reasonably priced IMO. Annualizing last quarter earning may not bode well given lumpy second half. Issue proceeds funding capex forms a negligible part of fresh proceeds. Monitor related party transactions. Overall, considering everything I will apply to this IPO.
