If this is a way you invest then it can lead to loss very quickly. you are saying all em are giving return. incorrect infact if you pick last 30 sme which are not panthomath ones around 25 are either around issue price or below that
i would say sell in s2s as most retailer applying because of it. I am not sure but noone is ready to provide number who is buying .
looks like this is marketing strategy.
remember there has been quite number of issues with huge subscription falling- SMDV, Innovative facade, akshar spintex.
these all went down as most of them were expensive. I see similar history can be repeated so just advise word of caution. if we see retailer subscription increase then highly likely it can repeat same story. It is very very expensive
Be ready for applying on the last day. If HNI subscribes above 20 times it will not list discount. On the last day after 3 pm we will consider the issue.
A very good strategy made by LM ,Promoters. NOw once retailer enter you will see huge technical rejection in HNI category on last day.
It is clearly evident as within 1 hr the application came in whereas HNInever apply in this manner
I am making complaint with SEBI to monotor subscription figures and also identify the individuals making application. If these get cancelled then SEBI should act upon it
a similar case happened with SMDV sme got hugely subscribed when the final outcome came the subscription in HNI was much lower than actual subscription
i hope SEBI looks into this matter if any of LM/ Promoter play such game
It can be a trap Retailer will enter thinking HNI is subscribed heavily. Once retailer portion subscribe 1 time the lead manager work is done. The HNI can easily get it cancelled during last minute due to technical rejection so clearly retailer can be made fool easily
looks like u r too happy for lead manager and company getting money. hope u r applying in huge bulk otherwise i dont know reason for so much happiness.
