I think there is some mistake in PE calculations

NAV per share is : 31.34
And PE comes at : 66.24
Please correct this

@lokes : Which is better in case of overwhelming subscription, to apply Max retail lot or to apply min HNI lot for the IPO? Where is the better chance?

in retail category, 1 lot and 13 lot will have same chances via lottery so no benefit of applying max retail lot.
And in hni, apply minimum hni lot, means 14 lot here , it will have similar chances to 67 lot hni.
if you have more funds, then you can apply 68 lots (more than 10 lakh amount) in 1 hni application , that will have better chances in comparison to above two.
Else apply in hni 14 lot.

No reservation for the parent company shareholders is worse thing.
It has only 10 percent for retailers hence this might have been done.

Is there any way I can get funds will share 50 percentage of profit if alloted
Because taking loan is of no use agar allotment nahi mile toh loss ho jaata hai
Or is there any way to arrange for more funds

Yes, you have missed golden oppurtunity
He always gets allotment from single retail lot even if ipo is oversubscribed by 200-300 times.

I found the fund provider from one of my college friends
Nad I don't get all IPOs I most get from Linkintime and skyline
Big share ipo I have never got
Kfin and purva I have barely got

PAT ( As on FY 21-22 ) : 31.73 cr Market cap post issue : 2100 cr
PE: 66.18
On avg industry margins - 5.5%
PE on Future expected margins - 43.74

Considering all this it is clear that it's
Fair worth is not more than Rs.340
So actual worth of the share is Rs.340

But the fact is it operates in highly complicated EMS segments which gives it a premium So My listing expectations
Rs.376 per share which is 40.2 %
Please respond on the analysis

What's the cause of falling gmp?

GMP flactuates every minute like normal stock Currently trading at 100-104 nothing to worry as of now

I posted a detailed analysis on its valuations and future earnings, considering all peers in listed as well as unlisted market
It took me around 40 mins to post it
But it did not got posted

Currently gray market premium is doing well and public sentiments are also positive so you can apply for listing gains in this IPO. Cyient DLM P/E: 34.19 ||

Cyient vs ideaForge? (HNI)
ideaForge: High listing gains but low chances of allotment

Cyient: Relatively less listing gains but high chances of allotment

Both will have tough chances of allotment. Very small ipos

Good promoters, good company, good business. But I think the rate is a bit stretched. I am applying
