OFF TOPIC QUERY.
I was having LODHA DEV shares in 2 accounts (Acc 1 - 10 sh & Acc 2 - 30sh). Before bonus.

Till yesterday i have not checked Acc - 1, 3days back i have transfered shares (OFF_MARKET) from Acc 2 to Acc 1 (No.of shares 60 (After receiving 1:1 bonus)).

Now when i check acc 1, i am holding 90Shares of Lodha, but technically it should be 80 only.

Should i think this extra 10sh as gift, or any time my broker can debit this extra shares.

A rare IPO with no red flags. I like that this is a 100% fresh issue. Applying with full force for listing gains.

I am applying online icici bank in sHNI category ? It says Rs 15 per share discount & hence my total bid value for 784 shares stands for Rs 196000 in place of Rs 207760

Pls clarify anyone , how do I apply ? Is there actually such Rs 15 per share discount or not

There is no such discount. You must be applying in employee category hence it is giving a discount of Rs15 . Apply in individual category

It's ok now .... i was selecting Emp quota by mistake as uts quite confusing on icici online platform , there are bars of same IPO in diff diff categories , Even in last while submitting it does not even ask for OTP or any net banking password for the particular transaction.

Search for local brokers. They must be dealing in grey. Grey market runs on trust. Dont get scammed, do your due diligence properly.

it is very hard to decide between cyient and ideaforge with only 10L and 4 demat accounts.
can anyone guide optimum allocation of funds?

My choice would have been
Cyient 4 sHNIIdea 4 Retails

or the other way round.

My suggestion would be very different. If I have the same scenario as you, mathematically I would do 1 BHNI in Cyient. But, if you want to take full chance, go with sHNI and retail on last day. Good luck!

I have total 37 Lacs right now.. How should I distribute it among Ideaforge, Cyient DLM & Pentagon or Should I leave Pentagon completely and focus only on Mainboard, If thats the case what should be distribution among these 2?

P.S.: I have 18 demat accounts, so can apply from all of them, tough one is to choose category allocation for maximum probability of allotment.

@Mercyless - so far I have applied 3rd party application in many IPOs and never received rejection for any of the application.. however, I am not sure if any new rule being floated by SEBI recently related to third party application?
