From 1st September 2023 the Companies who want to opt T+3 Listing arrangements will be listed on day 3 ( after closing the ipo) but this is not mandatory now.

It means that there will be two T+3 & T+ 6 System from September 2023. So most of the companies may opt T+6 System to avoid the consequences.

But from December 2023 it will be mandatory for all the Companies to follow T+3 system.

New system will be more useful & fruitful to the companies & investors in a big way.
