@Arjun Rajkot, Though you have reduced your listing gain expectation from the earlier 40-50% to now 20%, I can say that you are reason for at least few of the forum members to consider this IPO.
You have already made clear that you know the LM and if it is true, definitely it should list in positive. Wish you good luck.
Your comments did encourage me to consider this IPO positively. The subscription numbers are also encouraging. However, due to limited funds I skipped it. Good luck to everyone who invested here.
yes you are right aggressively priced issue more option available rather then this ipo

@ KAPPO bhai , personally I'm avoiding this issue. Also lacking funds. You can apply if you want to with 50% capacity. You have so many retail accounts. Today's MAKS's listing was disappointing so be careful.
This ipo ,reetech ,swastik & qms are not really bad IPOs, their timing is the problem. I don't have much funds so sticking with Insolation Silicon Cargosol Frog
Today's subscription NII :5.58 QIB : 1.45 This indicates that tomorrow these figures will be much more comfortable and one may take some calculated risk for applying it as the risk reward ratio would be minimum and turns to be a Dark 🐎 horse. Let's see.

Mr. Pradeep Gupta, aged 67 years, is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director and also the Promoter of the Company. He is an Engineer from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. He was originally appointed on the Board on August 29, 1996 and further designated as Chairman and Non-Executive Director w.e.f. February 01, 2022 for a period of 3 years, liable to retire by rotation. He is highly qualified technocrat and has over 45 years of experience in a wide variety of functional areas 2. Mr. Rohitasava Chand is also from IIT Delhi.
Hence the management is highly qualified and passionate about digital and believe AI has an integral role to play in data enrichment and drive better marketing experience across devices, formats and user preferences. At first sight it looks good but other unknown factors may also be exercised.
@abc xyz, thanks for sharing. This does seem to be an interesting one. I have noticed some other points which I’m not sure are favourable or not - - the promoter stake will reduce to 42%. This generally is not considered that great but then in RHP it mentions it has almost 50 shareholders. Not entirely sure if those are employees given stock options by way of ESOPs or some other outsiders. If employees with ESOPs, that can be a good thing as it means they look after their employees well. No mention of ESOPs in RHP though. - that said, also noticed, the company and promoters are having several ongoing litigations, many from old employees for non-payment of dues. - In fact, almost 50% of offer is OFS and I suspect it is in relation to a litigation from Debt restructuring tribunal wherein the promoter still needs to pay off Rs. 4 cr. - from technology standpoint, they seem to be using good technology stack for digital ad platform. In fact, the good thing is they’ve end to end ad delivery journey covered through 3 separate tools, each for publishers, advertisers and the programmatic selling in between them plugged into Google. Although, in my humble opinion, their publisher clients do not seem to be very high traffic high value websites, but they seem to be generating good revenues.
So, all in all, few hits and few misses. Not yet sure what to make of it.
