@ Planet M, please don't follow blindly but follow last day subscription figures by QIBs, HNIs. This IPO is not oversubscribed in retail itself and in any category. Also, if you have already applied on 1st or 2nd day, check procedure and time line to cancel your application on last day in case of no demand on last day.

Then HNI may avoid this IPO, because their costing will be high because of these holidays.

And if HNI will stay away, it'll be risky for retailers to apply.

जयपुर | कॉपर वायर बनाने के नाम पर पांच बत्ती स्थित देना बैंक से ‌Rs.47 करोड़ का लोन लेकर ठगी के आरोपी व्यवसायी श्रीपाल चौधरी को पुलिस ने बुधवार को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। बैंक प्रबंधन ने 2 माह पहले आरोपी के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कराया था। आरोपी श्रीपाल ने लोन लेने के बाद फैक्ट्री की मशीनें खोलकर दूसरी फैक्ट्री में लगा दी और तैयार माल अन्य फर्मों को बेचकर लाखों रुपए की राशि उठा ली, जबकि बेचे गए माल की राशि देना बैंक में जमा होनी थी। राशि जमा न होने पर बैंक ने रिपोर्ट दी। इस पर पुलिस ने आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। श्रीपाल ने खुद को दिवालिया घोषित करने की तैयारी कर ली थी। जालूपुरा थाना प्रभारी लिखमाराम ने बताया कि श्रीपाल चौधरी (59) मूलतः: सिरोही मंडार निवासी है जयपुर में चाणक्यपुरी बनीपार्क में रहता है। श्रीपाल की ईएमजी केबल एंड कम्यूनिकेशन लिमिटेड के नाम से फर्म है।

Except Saturday & Sunday, only 2 market holiday mentioned.
On 17th there is Bank holiday mentioned (not market)
Due to bank holiday initiation of refunds will done on 20th.

bad timing for the IPO. reflects in the sub figures as well.

Generally HNI funding will be for 7 days. But in this case it'll be for 11 days(10Aug-20Aug). So interest will be charged for 7 days.

As currently it's not yet fixed how much it will subscribe, so can't calculate exact costing. But it will be 1.57 (11/7) times than if this ipo would have come in usual days. That's 57% more interset they need to pay.

This is not that much good IPO, that you can play blindly and repay more interest also. That's why maybe HNI stay away from this IPO.

And in case they apply with full force, what's the issue for us retailer. Just check status around 2 pm tomorrow and apply on based off that.
