@Abhii VPG Have shared my POV on Aluwind page - cannot find any negatives in the biz, so applying for multiple lots. I don't let GMP influence my call. But there is probably more risk in Aluwind than Creative, you have to go based on your appetite.

This question is on similar lines why Trust Fintech allotment was done today instead of yesterday. But sadly, no one say for sure why this timeline is chosen.

But still, this is within limits allowed for LM and Company to decide.

@MuStrFc Yeah, if you remember the allotment of Mukka Proteins by the registrar Cameo, they are quite similar. Although an issue open for this long is what caught my eye as it is unlike allotment which solely depends on the registrar.

@SMEIPOrocks The post IPO Debt/Equity ratio will fall from current 1.76 to below 1 ONLY if the company utilizes IPO proceeds to significantly pare down its Rs 45 Cr borrowings. If it funds major portion of proceeds into inorganic acquisitions, CAPEX or WC requirements then those borrowings would reduce marginally over an expanded asset / equity base.
