​@Sunilbha Criteria is funds. If you have funds to apply in HNI then you can apply. There is no other criteria. Hope you are aware of the uncertain risk associated with SME IPO.

​@Bull raja 2 Lots HNI basically has allotment chances equivalent to single lot applicants. Generally higher number of lots have lesser applicants, so when lottery happens, the contesting applicants are less, so allotment chances per applicant gets increased.

So, 7 or 8 lots applicant has comparatively higher allotment chance than a 2 lot applicant.

Many haven't received allotment in years in SME. Higher number of lots with more number of applications : only this can increase your allotment chances. Rest is the discretionary luck which is courtesy of RTA
